You will find mixed posts as was "tired" but they are renovating reception, rooms and adding pools.
We found it an absolutely lovely place to stay and they were fully booked when we tried for this December.
Great breakfast (watch "cookie" make your eggs just the way you like them), great staff, Great location for Tuban/Kuta area. We felt "at home" there, but looking forward to a different location this time. Happy searching and it will take some time to read the posts :-)
