Of course you take your drivers licence with you, my point was, that if you worked in an area that is considered "sensitive", the department concerned would ask you to fill out forms re the overseas travel (like ALL Government departments are supposed to do this). At this time, the TELL you not to take your WORK ID with you..... About 20 years ago I worked at the supreme court (and yes I had an ID) but I was just a secretary.
