La Lucciolas in Seminyak is just great. It's right on the beach and offers silver service overlooking a lawned area & a truly magnificent sunset. Much nicer than Jimbaran Bay so I'm told.
You'll need to book & try to get a table upstairs on the beach side for the best views.
