yerh i know about teh re-shuffle we booked for xmas again by-passed Rev. mng with suma's help and neg. that way. Hotel has got a bit greedy and they are losing a few loyal customers. all the guys from Melb have pulled the pin and are staying else where next year. they rely on return guests but are not doing right thing by them it appears.
