After using many atms around Bali I have checked my statement for this latest trip and found that the Commonwealth ATM on Jalan Legian not only allows u to take up to 3 million rupiah but with a from a commonwealth aussie account only had charges of $1.50 per transaction. The other ATMs charges were from $5.00 to $7.00.
