Just got home & can recommend the ATV Ride by 'See Bali Adventures' www.seebaliadventures.com and the Elephant Ride & White Water Rafting run by 'Ayung River Rafting' www.ayungriverrafting.com Both were great 1-day adventures with a decent lunch provided.
Almost any tour offer hotel pick-up & drop-off so you don't have to arrange any transport.
We had a Balinese agent recommended to us but found we could 'bali bargain' better prices at our favourite road-side tour booth on Jl. Kartika Plaza.
