Jl Padma Utara, Legian...........have used them for several years now. Excellent service and fantastic prices. Less than $10 AUD for a cut and blow dry. I have had my hair straightened there several times also, and very happy with the results.
I would say the level of expertise and professionalism at this salon is what you would expect in Australia, but way cheaper.
