There was a story in the archives about an english couple in ubud who were asked if they would like a suckling pig. They were staying at a particular place and had eaten out all week. They thought it would be polite to have their last meal there. They were asked if they would like to see the pig. It was a very big pig and what they didn't know was that everyone was invited to the feast. Families etc. Not only did they pay for the pig but for all the beer as well. It cost them 3oo english pounds. A lesson well learnt. Obviously our idea of suckling pig and theirs is different. So be careful and stick to dishes you know.
