Our guests paid for their holiday for a week. We paid for everything on the day of the wedding. Transport to the venue, all drinks and eats during the day. The room for people to get changed in. 1 guest chose to stay at the wedding venue for the night so he paid for his room. The meal for the wedding dinner. Transport back to the hotel we were staying in and drinks til 2am in the morning at the bar across the road was all paid for by us.
The idea is that people get a holiday and we celebrated our wedding all at the same time.
