A lot of those bodies have been lying for a long time in the ground, and are dug up and cremated when the family has enough money, or else they participate in a mass cremation to save expenses. Once, in Denpasar I witnessed a cremation procession that must have included more than 200 of the grateful dead. Thanx for the laugh.
