Just flew to Bali and back in the last 2 weeks. I've got no complaints - they got us there and back with only minor delays and at a fantastic price. We didn't preorder anything, just got a blanket on the plane. We did notice alot of the video players didn't seem to be working. I would fly with them again, it's only about 6 hours and much cheaper than other airlines, leaving money left over for more Bali indulgence!
