I would def recommened the Hard-rock. I went over in a group of about 20 and there was around 6 of us stay at the hard-rock and the others stayed at different hotels around the area which were all of the same class as the hard-rock. The hard-rock pool was the best out of the hotels, rooms are clean (and cold) and staff are friendly and the centre stage bit has a band everynight if you don't want a big one. Its fairly close to everything as well. Just don't tell the locals your staying there or they charge you double ;)
