I have stayed here and believe if you a do a search of this forum you will find many positive responses to stays at this hotel.
I'd try and book the Executive suite for you and the kids and a connecting room for dad and sister. Have a look at the Dynasty website for room layouts, don't go for the kids room, these are way too small. Ask for ground floor near the pool.
