The echo beach pub is clearly visible as its right on the rocky edge. I have not walked (others have) from Seminyak to Echo beach but at low tide it should be an easy 2 yr walk. At high tide there is not much beach, more like rock shelf.
The pub will call you a taxi when you go.
ps they have wireless internet for customers.
