We were in Bali a few weeks ago and 7 out of 8 in our group got Tattoos. Two got 2. We went to Red Skin Tattoo in Tuban it is in a small arcade of shops between the Ramada Bintang hotel and the Santika hotel on Jl Kartika Plaza. Agus was so good he is the owner and tattooist, his place was much cleaner than many of the other places that we checked out, and we saw many places. My husband got a Barong and Randga tatoo on his upper arm it is quite detailed and only cost rp1,500,000. As someone else said the tattoos in Bali didn't hurt as much and seemed to heal alot faster than at home. If you would like to contact him Agus phone number is 08179782879.
