this was was my second trip to this hotel and i loved it. it is a smaller size hotel and i find that you get to know the other people staying there quite well so that adds to the friendly feel. the staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. some people bag this hotel as it is a little run down in some areas (i did notice they are starting to renovate some of the rooms), but for friendliness, location and value you can't beat it, i would definitely stay there again.
