I was in Bali for March of this year and most days it was overcast, windy and raining. I had to buy an umbrella when I was in Ubud. Did not come back with a tan but a cold. In fact, I was on the way to Lovina when Bali was hit by the tail end of cyclone George (the one that hit Pt Hedland). Trees were coming down across the road. The weather was still bad at the end of the month when I was in Sanur. It was torrential rain. It did not rain all day, started mostly late in the afternood but was extremely windy, which was unusual. Mind you, it will not stop me going back again in March. I will be there in November, beginning of the rainy season, so who knows. Just go and enjoy it.
