when I was six months pregnant in 2000. Spent 3 weeks there and had a great time as usual. Didn't do anything different to my previous trips. I found that the Balinese make a big fuss over you when you are pregnant. Loved it made me feel special.
Go, relax,have a great time and just remember to drink lots of water so that you do not dehydrate.
