1. it is about 15 km from airport to the bukit. Taxi from airport will cost you around 55.000 rupiah.
2. TAxi airport has fixed price, about 55.000
3. The have similar fare at anytime.
4. Airport has its own taxi, dark-blue. If you are in kuta or anywhehre, light-blue taxi is the best, meter taxi.
5. Very easy to get taxi at any time, or even transport.
6. They don't charge extra, they just charge with meter, light-blue taxi, but they have minimun fare.
Sometime, transport will be cheaper than taxi, say when you go to ubud for tour or other places. Taxi will cost you about double from the meter. so you could choose how to go for different trip. If you think driver will be expensive, try gede, gedebati@hotmail.com He may take you anywhere in Bali.
