I have been on an overnighter before and did heaps. It was almost 2 nights as we flew again at midnight so with 1 1/2 days i fitted in shopping, massage, swimming, drinks, nice restaurant.
If I were you I would go to geneva as they have the masks along with everything you can buy in the markets and it is fixed price. Tell them what you want and they will show you.
It is a bit dark and dingy and you must inspect the items for borer holes but you will save alot of time if you head there. they take credit card also.
I would then get dropped down into jalan 66 (double 6)for browsing of pashminas, jewellery and sarongs as they seem to have the nicest.
Perhgaps a day trip to Ubud, stopping at tegallalang which has unusual shopping and rice terraces to view.
Maybe leave early and head to the Zoo or the Elephant park...probably not time for both.
The final day I would swim, massage and just wander Sanur, beach etc.
Jepun is lovely to dine at in Sanur too.
Enjoy your trip.
