The Vira is a lovely small hotel but it is not near the water and is quite a walk to anywhere as it is at the opposite end to the Legian, not far from the airport. Not even a circle K next door. The Febris is a small hotel, but not near the water, but is close to shops and restuarants, and their restaurant is quite popular. I found this a good little hotel and the staff were great.
