have you tried going thru Bali Discovery their rates are brilliant, I'm staying at Puri Bagus 5th Oct to 11th Oct, and got a Deluxe Pool Room including brekky, for the 3 of us and it's costing us around $500 US for the 5 nights, I thought that was pretty good.
