I did a search and came up with heaps of rental places and got a great deal on a 4 wheel drive Taruna for 10 days, for $30 Aussie a day.
Plus they're delivering to my hotel and picking up. It includes unlimited miles, and insurance. Originally the advertised for around $35 per day, but I got it cheaper because of the time I have it. The place I booked from was www.balimobil.com, they had heaps of other types of 4 wheel drives.
