just after a short google i found a website stating
"Karma Developments is the premier developer of luxury holiday resorts in Asia" menioned are also some hotels in asis including to on Bali all starting the name with karma.
You probably will get a free holiday, after you've signed the contract for participating for a 100.000 usd or so.
I'll call it timeshare or scam
