I lived in darwin for 20 years, left there about 8 years ago. Yes its wonderful up there. Unfortunately we needed to be closer to a big hospital with a selection of top specialists. It probably is different now, but back then most of the specialists would fly in once a month to visit (I mean neurologists and specialists like that)
