Yes, we bought a fairy dress there in August. It is on the north side of poppies lane between the tree house restaurant and the beach road. I always keep receipts, but I probably did not get one from them, so I cannot give you precise details . There is another shop in Jl Padma Utara on the corner north of Puri Raja.
