Kimba, we have just come back with two toddlers, 3 & 18mnths. You shouldn't need to have a microwave, get some two minute noodles, stock up on fruit, cheese and biscuits etc and you will be fine. You have plenty of time to get them used to cold milk, my kids never had cold milk straight out of the fridge! See how you go when you get there and if you still feel you need one then buy after a day or two.
