We did the buggys and elephant park as a package and it worked out to AU$140 per person for the whole day with transfers and lunch.
Just the buggies are these prices in US$:
Buggy Driving $78 single
$118 tandem
$108 tandem with a child 7 - 15
There is no negotiation with price. We tried, but no luck.
