We have trevelled to bali with our now ten year old since she was 12 months and her sister and now brother. our last three trips were with me being 24 weeks pregnant then when bub was 4 months old and again this year when he was 17 months old. We have alwaystravelled with travel insurance for our holidays and attended the bali international hospital if needed.
When our bub was 4 months old it was much easier to travel than when he was 17 months.
We take our pram and sun cover, long sleeved cotton all in ones and spray our rooms each night before we go out to get rid of the mossies our kids never get bitten. For the baby you cant put mossie cream on them but at the pharmacy over there you can buy a patch that you can put on the mossie net over the cot or pram.
We took formula just in case i got sick and couldnt feed ( didnt use it and left it for a friends baby), took nappies and wipes from home.
Babies cant be immunised against typhoid or hep a but this has never been a problem for any of our kids.
We love bali and cant speak high enough of what a great destination it is to travel with kids ( being a baby makes it all the more easier i think as they sleep, eat, sleepetc)
Goodluck Happy holidaying
