Tommy Leather is in a laneway off Melasti Street just down from JL Legian on the left hand side of the street as you walk towards the beach. Basically it backs on to Legian Music Store but is only accessible from the laneway.
If it is Tommys Leather you are looking for and not Tommy.. it is on the left hand side of the street in JL Padma as you walk towards the beach. Just after garlic Lane.
