Hi If you head down Melasti St from JL Legian Tommy Leather is in a laneway not very far down on the left hand side of the street. Basically his shop backs on to Legian Music Store but you have to get there from the laneway.
Hopefully you mean Tommy and not Tommy's. If it is Tommy's this is in JL Padma opposite Posers, on the left hand side if you are looking towards the beach.
