and think. Could a bird engage in that kind of activity if kept cooped in an enclosure no bigger than your neighbor's budgerigar cage? Don't you think his limbs might atrophy a little? They get plenty of time to run around, especially the pair who camp outside my window and greet the dawn at 5:30am each morning.
Now as for the Australian "pet" budgies, that's another matter. Every time I see one of those poor little buggers in a cage it pisses me off as much as the Dolphin situation.
