in May, paying less than the advertised rate, and were very happy with it (we moved out of another hotel to go there). Your party would take over half the place, as there are only 8 units in four 2-storey buildings, so if they have the vacancy you could probably do a good deal. The pool is smallish but the cleanest I've seen in any hotel, anywhere. The restaurant is limited but there are many nearby.
