The price is about right, but a family of five will be packed in pretty tightly in a suite. They're roomy but I wouldn't have gone over 2 adults and 2 kids - especially as the kids are in the front 'sitting room' section on fold down beds.
I'd have gone for 2 connecting superior rooms, which means two bathrooms, two fridges, two tv's etc. But that's just me.
