Hi I found laundry across road from MBR near entrance very good and cheap, it is a little accomodation beside little supermarket. Money changer have always used Kodak but used a little guy 5 mins walk from mbr he is a little shop with bags, wallets, etc and is around cnr from melasti heading towards seminyak, he was very nice and honest, rate very good also.Hope this helps.
