If you would to REALLY honor your friends traditions, may I suggest on your next trip take your child along, and see about organizing a feast at your friends compound, along with traditonal music and dance. (Topeng would be appropriate, or else 2 Gender players). The cost will be surprising cheap, if you know someone reputable to make the contacts. Remember, the whole neighborhood will come, so be prepared!!!!
