Any driver that offers you transport on the street. They will know or find out for you. If you decide to attend one beware of pick pockets as this is an event that attracts them, especially if you are of western appearance.
If you place a bet it might be to your advantage to get your driver to place it for you to save misunderstandings etc. Don't let how many blades they have (one or two) influence you selection. In the face off look for attitude and a willingness to "mix it". Also look for the bird that likes to jump, height gives them an advantage when striking.
