We have always used the money changer directly opposit the hotel, turn left at the driveway and cross over the road and you will find a money changer in the group of shops. The lady is really nice and very honest, we even let our daughter (15) go and change money, mind you she has been to Bali a few times and knows what to look for. Also directly across from the MBR driveway is a driveway, walk down that to the reception area and they will do your laundry cheap as and it comes back all neatly folded. As for drivers we use "Stormin Normin" from the MBR, if you go to reception and ask for him they will point him out. Reasonable rates and quite a funny guy as well (I would steer clear of "Mr Yum Yum, all he does is try to get more money out of you!). Restaurants, try the Fookin Pub and Yutz in Rum Jungle Road, La Monde and heaps more.
