Had a look at Peneeda view in June, and the hotel had just had a reno.Not a gigantic hotel, rooms looked really good (even had a look at family rooms which were also terrific).Lots of great restaurants around this area, pool area good, and right on beach. We ate at Gazeebo one night and it was just terrible and the hotel itself looks shabby. We didnt like the hotel we were at, and negotiated a very good price with Peneeda (even tho we didnt end up moving) maybe try going thru their website. The Mecure has also great family rooms.
