Some years ago my wife and I travelled around Jave but inexplicably we missed Borobudur. So when we are in Bali in late October we hope to fly to Yogyakarta and stay overnight at a hotel near the monument, then get an early start at sightseeing before all the tourist buses arrive. Then back to Bali that night.
Has anyone tried this and do you have any suggestions for us. Thanks in advance.
