want a deposit from us last year, but I guess that is peak time and things are picking up so they would want some sort of confirmation.
I have booked other hotels in the past and fax them my credit card details.
Other than that you can get bank details and deposit the funds into their account via telegraphic transfer (I have also done it this way).
MBR always did take a few days to respond to me so just wait a day or so to see if they respond with bank details or a fax number.
If not, email them again to chase up.
