Both are so much fun and even the parents can have fun too! Check the archives as gadidesa says for info, you can actually do one in the morning and then the other in the arvo, they supply your lunch and transport. Then somewhere special for dinner, Kori's has a gentlemans billiards room or there's Bubba Gumps which is good for birthdays. I suppose it will depend on what sort or 17 year old he is and if he is with friends or 'just' his family!
