There is a very pretty beach at Maluk, the village that is the support town for the Freeport Goldmine in Sumbawa. If you are into surfing, Supersucks is at the mouth of the bay and has a losmen right in front which is new. Great wave, pretty beach and a really interesting town to visit. I loved it!! (There is even a bar called The Kiwi Bar that caters for the mine workers - amazing what you can find in islotaed places!)
