Hi, don't know if I'd do the spa thing on Lombok...its so beautiful why waste the day? Take a trip down to Kuta...its gorgeous and so different to Bali. The rest on the hill is called Ashtari, and its really yummy. Maybe go to Tanjung Aan beach or Mawun beach for a while, or even go to Gilli Nangu for an amazing snorkel (so many fish), save the spa for Bali!
