Many of the hotels in Senggigi has a Spa. There is also a relatively new at Senggigi Plaza beside Happy Cafe'. I have been to a place named "Cozy" in Cakranegara. It's not big and fancy but very nice and dead cheap. It's located on Jalan Pejanggik right across from Ruby's Departmentstore.
If you would like to see some nice scenery I can recommend a trip from Senggigi to Pemenang on the costal road .From Pemenang you can go over Pusuk Pass and feed the monkeys at the roadside. A full days trip would be if you go down south to Kuta. There are some beautiful beaches down that way. A traditional village in Sade can be worth a visit, it's on the way down to Kuta. An Australian women has a nice restaurant with spectacular views, it's up the hills from Kuta. She serve nice sallads and vegetarian dishes. The name of the restaurant is Asmara or Ashanti.
You can rent a car incl. driver in Senggigi, there are several places to choose from.
