Reading this forum becomes like a full time add for GVC, and if negative comments are made it appears to get rapid response. I agree with the post below, beds are hard and care factor of staff and in particular management is zero.
Over the last 15 years I have been going to Bali (usually 4 times per year, and normally staying at budget hotels although lately we have upgraded ourselves to the 3 star All Seasons just down the road from GVC) this is one of only a few establishments I would recommend you avoid.
That's my opinion for what it's worth and obviously out of kilter with the majority of people on this form! Go back to the Mandeira!
ps. Indonational does have the coldest Bintan on the island
