I've just returned from Bali and spent a week in Ubud. Visited Mozaic and had the chef's six course tasting menu. mmmm. Well worth the visit. Mozaic is indeed a fine restaurant and is listed in the "Grand Tables du Monde". Not only is the food marvellous to taste but the combinations of types of food and the creativity is unsurpassed.
