the bath water didn't seem to be an issue for my toddlers, we took the milton tablets which I had used in the past but didn't need them. The hotel actually advised that the water in the hotel was safe to drink but they didn't recommend it (prob for legal reasons as much as anything). The boys weren't sick at all.
