Last week I stayed at Club Med and they really have the most amazing Kid's club's - yes club's that I have seen at any resort in Bali. In actual fact they have 3 kid's club's... One for the young ones, then for the not so young and also something for the teenagers. You may find you will need to pay for a babysitter for the 2 year old but he/she can still go to the club petite with the young one's.
Although that said you will find most of the resorts in Nusa Dua have great kids clubs, but not for the 2 year old.
