We did it last year and it was worth it to us. ( I can't swim so i got an idea of the magic a diver experiences to see fish in their own environment.)
From memory, i think our tour got back to Sanur at about 2pm. The tour included a nice lunch in the restaurant overlooking the bay.
You will also receive a personalised certificate to say how deep the submarine dived that day.
They also take photographs from another boat of everyone lined up on the submarine deck. Nice pic to buy as a momento.
